Our Sites & Rates

We accommodate all types of campers – from primitive tents and pop-ups to trailers, fifth- wheels, toy-haulers and motorhomes. We strive to be an inclusive park where families and friends of all shapes and sizes can come together to enjoy the outdoors and their company.

If you are not certain as to which site type or specific site would best suit you, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via e-mail or phone! We would love to help you find your perfect spot. Whether it’s full sun or shade, grass or setting up on a concrete pad – we’ve got it all!

You are sure to enjoy our natural and quiet camping atmosphere wherever you camp with us! If you have not camped with us before we recommend that you either speak with one of us or leave a comment with your reservation so that we can best place you according to your unique needs! Below you can view answers to a few common questions.

When are you open?

Our season runs from April 15 to October 15.

You are always welcome to call ahead and inquire as to whether we are able to offer you special accommodations outside of our regular check-in and out times!

Occupancy Policy

Our rates are based on two adults, their dependent children and one camping unit. Have extra people? Please review our policies here.

Units

Our rates are based on one camping unit (tent or trailer). You can further review our policies here, or talk to us about your questions.

Do you have overflow storage?

We cannot guarantee overflow storage for trailers, boats or other items unless prior approval has been sought. Typically, it is not a problem and we are happy to provide a solution that works for you and your needs – but we do appreciate you checking with us before your arrival.

Site Guarantee Fee

You may choose to lock your site selection for a $15.00 fee. We do not guarantee site selections, only site types, for reservations without the fee paid. In the event of emergency maintenance, we reserve the right to override the site guarantee and will work to find the best alternative site for you.

Rate Structure

Weekends: Friday and Saturday nights are considered weekend nights.

Weekly Rates: Book 7 nights and receive a discounted rate!

Monthly Rates: Stay four (4) consecutive weeks and receive the 4th week free! Manual (phone or e-mail) reservation is required.

Holidays: Special holiday rates apply to the holiday minimums only. We require you to book and pay for 3 nights over Memorial and Labor Day weekends and 4 nights for the Fourth of July. A deposit of half the total cost of your stay is due upon booking.

Off-Season: Special pricing applies before Memorial Day and after Labor Day (excluding themed weekends). For information on the heavily discounted rates, please contact us or view the reservation calendar.

Seasonal Sites

You can view information on seasonal sites here. There is currently a waiting list for sites. Pricing varies and if you desire information you are welcome to contact us.

Service Charges

Service Fee: A $5.00 reservation surcharge applies to all reservations.

Transaction Fee: All reservations paid with a credit card incur a 3% transaction fee. This fee is waived when paying with cash or check.
