Our Policies
Our policies are in place to help create and maintain an environment that is fun and relaxing for all our campers. By honoring our policies, you will also help us maintain safety as much as possible. We strive to be a family-friendly park where families can come together and make memories. We welcome fun, but we are not a party campground. Please read through our policies to make sure we’re the right campground for you!
If you have any questions, just let us know!
Last Updated: 5-20-24
Our rates are based on two adults and their dependent children and one camping unit (tent, trailer, etc.). Please verify the people camping on your site upon check-in.
You are welcome to set up an extra tent for your own dependent children on your site on sites in our original park. (Tents cannot be set up on our premium full hookup sites.)
Grown children are extra adults and there is a charge for them.
Extra Adults/Children (Friends): $10/person/night or $30/family/night (in the 1 unit).
Our rates are based on two adults and their dependent children and one camping unit. If space allows and you aren’t disturbing your neighbor, you may set up a tent for your dependent children for no additional fee.
Tents are not allowed on premium full hookup sites! (There is an underground sprinkler system for these sites.)
For capacity reasons, we strongly encourage each family to reserve their own camp site; however, if you need to share a site due to availability issues or financial constraints, the fees are outlined below.
Any additional camping unit set up on your site must be registered appropriately and not infringe on anyone’s camping experience around you. Please be respectful of any camping boundaries and if you have questions, please ask!
Extra Tent: $20/night for 1 person: $30/night for 2 people: $40/night for a family.
Pets are a part of the family–we know! And so good pets are welcome. We only ask that you are sure to observe the following:
1. Please pick up after your pet, both on your site and throughout the park
2. Do not leave your pet unattended
3. Do not allow your pet to bark/howl continuously
4. Keep your pet on a leash or tied up within your site space
5. Pets are NOT allowed in the pool area, bathrooms, or rental trailers
6. If your pet has an aggressive nature, we ask that you please make other arrangements for your pet while you are staying with us.
7.Owners are responsible for their pets and any injuries or issues that may arise.
Your consideration for other campers is greatly appreciated!
We require a one-night deposit or 50% for holidays to reserve a site for you, and thus, upon booking, we will ask you for a credit card number valid through the month of your stay with us.
After a reservation is made and up until one week before your scheduled arrival date, there is a $20 cancellation fee. (If we have charged your card, we will refund all but $20. If we have not, we will charge your card $20.)
HOWEVER, if you cancel within the week you are due to check-in, you will forfeit the one-night deposit. If you don’t show up or call to cancel, you are responsible for the entire time booked.
You may elect to transfer your deposit to your guest account for future use with us. At that point, the cancellation fee is waived.
We ask that you please observe quiet time from 10P.M. to 8A.M. to maintain our family-friendly atmosphere. Violators are not welcome and will be asked to leave. You may enjoy a campfire, but all noise must be at a normal conversation level (no music, shouting, hooting and hollering). Management and staff may approach you at discretion to notify you that noise levels are elevated. After two warnings with no resolution, you will be asked to leave the park without the possibility of a refund.
At 10P.M. the office, pool, and playground are closed. Your children, including teenagers, are to be at your campsite by 10p.m. Please remember, you are responsible for your children–where they are at and what they are doing.
If you have any issues after quiet time, please give us a call so that we can take care of it immediately.
Visitors are welcome. However, ALL VISITORS must stop at the office and register, no matter how brief the visit will be. As visitors are given access to our private facilities, there is a charge for visitors (outlined below).
By having visitors, you accept responsibility for them. We ask that all daytime visitors be out of the park by 10PM (quiet time).

*Overnight Guests (pass expires at noon): $10/person or $30/family
*These charges are for overnight guests that stay in the one unit (tent or trailer) registered on the site. For overnight guests setting up a tent (or other unit) on your site, please see our “extra camping units” policy.

Notice that the pools may close at anytime for maintenance, cleaning, or inclement weather.
All our facilities are open to all of our campers but respect for fellow campers is a must!
Campfires are welcomed and encouraged! However, please make sure to build them in the provided fire-rings. If you must move a fire-ring, please ask in the office first. All campers bringing their own golf cart, electric bike or scooter must register it at the camp office at the time of check-in. Only carts, electric bikes and electric scooters with a proper registration tag may be operated in the park.
There is a $20 registration fee for golf carts and a $5 fee for electric bikes and scooters.

Please do not leave grills, carpets, cardboard boxes, etc. and please do not leave trash out overnight. Regular household trash only, please.
Check-In begins at 2pm for sites and 4pm for our rentals. This time between check-out and check-in is very important to us because it allows us time to get things ready between guests. We love that our campers are eager to camp with us–we’re eager to have you! Thank you for giving us the opportunity to welcome you well by observing our check-in time.
Please do your best to arrive at the park prior to 10pm when quiet time begins.

You are welcome to fish in the ponds. No license is required! NO SWIMMING IN THE PONDS.
There is no supervision at the ponds and parents are responsible for their children using the pond area.

Reservations may be made two years in advance, to the day. For example, you may book a reservation beginning exactly two years from today. Reservations must be made with a deposit. To guarantee your specific site, you must be linked to your group or pay the site lock fee. Guests may book online, over the phone, in person, or over email (deposit must be paid in order to complete the reservation).
Without the site lock fee, specific sites cannot be guaranteed. It is the guest’s responsibility to confirm reservation accuracy with the confirmation email after booking and after any changes are initiated. We are always happy to help our guests find sites and solutions whenever possible.
Please refer to our Facebook page as our phone availability is different throughout the year.
For more information on Group Reservations, please see our Group Reservation Policy.
